Pholph’s Scrabble Generator

My Scrabble© Score is: 27.
What is your score? Get it here.I found this scrabble thingy on some clever person’s blog and it got me to thinking about games. As children we learn lots of games like dodgeball, tag, hangman, etc. and we learn concepts that we will use in our everyday lives such as taking turns, following rules, and strategies to win. We also learn about choosing teams (or not being chosen
), cheating (don’t tell me you never cheated!), and how to handle losing. I was more proficient with the word games like hangman than the physical games (I hate dodgeball, though I did like the movie.)
As the oldest of five, games were a big part of my childhood. It wasn’t hard to find someone to play War, Old Maid, Battleship or Operation. Even as adults, we still love a rousing game of Dominoes or Phase 10. Of course, the children must be asleep and the loser drinks after every hand.. WE are a naughty bunch!
Anywho… here is Auntie’s Inquiry… Do you have a memory ~happy or sad~associated with a game?? And what was your favorite board game??
Well, off to play the “corporate” game. Play fair!!
I tried to leave a message yesterday but my computer was having a seizure. As such, I’m back today. My score was 15. I love this game! I cannot wait until my kids are older so they can play too. Right now, I get my fix on Yahoo games, it is called Literati but it is the same concept.
PS – Michele sent me.

I love dominoes; I used to play almost every Friday night at a friend’s house. I miss that alot!
My favorite board game would have to be LOTR Trivial Pursuit
Hi, Michele sent me!
I liked monopoly. Long time since I played that again.
Michele sent me here so that I recall the board games!
Auntie,
I have to say, we miss you blogging. Surely there must be some
other songs to be sung in the shower? And questions to be
asked of random visitors?
